We have a strong set of shared values, which describe the sort of organisation we are, and underpin everything we do. They provide the foundation on which we support our clients, suppliers and staff, and ensure we attract people with the right qualities, skills and outlook.
Our values were created jointly by our board working with volunteers – anyone and everyone in the organisation who wanted to be involved. They embody the company: a highly efficient, highly professional organisation, delivering results for clients, and a great place to work and do business.
